Shipping Policy

Delivery Area
Our online store is intended exclusively for customers who reside or have their business headquarters in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Shipping Costs
All prices listed in the online store are exclusive of shipping costs. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed before the order is completed.

Delivery
Products will be delivered to the address provided during the ordering process. If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided, the customer shall be solely responsible for any additional costs or loss.

Smaggxx reserves the right to make partial deliveries.

Delivery Times
Smaggxx will strive to deliver all products within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery dates provided by Smaggxx are non-binding estimates. Should Smaggxx be unable to deliver the ordered products within sixty days of the order, or if delivery is delayed by more than twenty days beyond a delivery date expressly confirmed in writing, both the customer and Smaggxx are entitled to cancel the contract.

Risk of Loss and Damage
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon handover of the products for shipment. The customer bears the risk of loss and damage during transit.

Damaged Shipments
If the customer discovers upon delivery that the ordered products have been damaged during transport, Smaggxx must be notified immediately. If the customer fails to provide such a notification, Smaggxx will not be liable for the damaged product.

Terms and Conditions
In addition, the Terms and Conditions issued by Smaggxx Sports AG from time to time will apply for every order.
